  • We’re enhancing Collections with some new features: assign products, facets, parent collections and tags. This makes updating and organising collections quicker and more straightforward.
  • An “Essential Items” collection is being added to the basket page. This gives you a simple way to highlight add-ons and increase basket value without extra setup.
  • You will be able to use inactive products as colour group masters. Keep product ranges tidy and easier to manage without needing live products.
  • We’re creating a cleaner order information page and despatch emails for your customers. This is in an effort to help reduce “where is my order?” support queries

The “All Collections” page will be updated with easier previews for inactive collections, improved image handling and better tagging. Parent/child workflows and grid enhancements mean less time managing products and a smoother experience for customers.

Redirects will work more intelligently when products are archived, guiding customers to the right place and protecting your SEO.

Checkout is becoming easier to use with improved address autocomplete, clearer error messages and delivery-only options when needed. We’re tidying up logs, correcting styling in the 3DS flow and adding fraud scoring for extra security.

We are also minifying CSS, giving your site a performance boost and making pages load faster.


  • Excluded products could still be purchased. This will be fixed.
  • Collection visibility in product repeaters is going to be corrected.
  • DPD shipping option errors is going to be resolved.
  • Secondary order confirmation emails will be sent correctly.
  • Negative rewards balances will no longer show.
