We’ve recently secured a multimillion-pound investment from BGF, the UK and Ireland’s most active growth capital investor. The funding will enable us to support the company’s next phase of expansion, enabling further development of its technology and accelerating its domestic and international growth plans.

Now that the dust has settled on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we’ve taken stock of the number of sales put through Cloud POS. Over the course of the peak trading weekend, sales processed through Cloud POS increased by 16% year-on-year, making 2025 our strongest Black Friday period on record.

This outstanding performance is not only great news for our customers, but also a clear demonstration of the strength, stability and scalability of Cloud POS, even under the pressure of significantly increased transaction volumes.

From clicks to bricks. In our latest case study, we explain how equestrian retailer, Hatton Park Saddlery shows what’s possible when you use the right technology. With Cloud POS, even a brand-new business can scale quickly, trade professionally and expand into a thriving omnichannel operation.

We’ve put together a short video of Christian, from our US Support Team, talking through some of the new features coming to Cloud POS Workshop. As a former mechanic, he understands the challenges bike shops face. The updates will make a real difference with quicker repair bookings, smoother customer updates and better organisation for your team.

We’ve added two new names to our Supplier Integration Module (SIM) for bike dealers in Australia.

One of the biggest cycling brands in the world, Giant is now on Supplier Integration.

Bike Corp, which reports over 5,000 SKUs across a huge range of products, is also available.

If you’re interested in learning about the suppliers we support, check them out on the button below.

Niall and Ella were kept busy at the Running Industry Alliance Conference last week. They headed down to Loughborough University to chat with independent running and outdoor shops.
