We’ve got a new US office
Putting down roots Stateside

In response to our growing presence in the American cycle market, we’ve opened our first office in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
This is an exciting milestone for Citrus-Lime, having launched Cloud POS in the United States only two years ago. We’ve now got over 125 customers across America, with more retailers coming on board all the time.

Improvements to Collections
Managing your website just got easier

We’ve updated our Collections feature to give you the flexibility to combine content and products on your Cloud POS Ecommerce site.
You can curate different Collections depending on what you want to promote or communicate. It’s a great way to collate images, videos, content and products to tell a story or promote your stock in a viewer-friendly way that helps you sell more.
They’re a fantastic way to cross-sell products and ideas right through to the checkout. Each Collection has its own URL, making your website richer and easier to find in searches. Check out the other features offered with Collections on the button below.
Cloud POS Workshop update
Updates to boost efficiency

We’re conducting a major overhaul of Cloud POS Workshop. The update will deliver a fully integrated, all-in-one solution that matches or exceeds the functionality of standalone workshop tools. It’ll make your workflows smoother, faster and more efficient. Here’s what’s coming:
- User Interface: A cleaner, more intuitive design
- Cleaner Workflow View: An easy-to-navigate job status dashboard alongside your calendar, eliminating the complexity of list views
- Automated Work Approvals: Customers will be able to approve jobs instantly, so there’ll be no more back-and-forth emails or phone calls
- Better Customer Communication: You’ll have customisable templates for easier, more engaging and effective communication with your customers
- Integrated Payment Links: Get paid earlier in the job cycle, with a quick and easy way for your customers to pay
- Enhanced ‘Book My Bike In’: We’re streamlining the booking process to make it even easier for your customers to make bookings
New Ominsiend integration
Emailing made easier

Our Cloud POS Ecommerce customers can get access to a new marketing integration. Omnisend is a leading email platform that gives you more flexibility to run powerful, targeted campaigns.
It syncs your customer and product data so you can:
- Consolidate Ecommerce and Customer Rewards contacts into one list
- Keep marketing lists automatically updated with transaction and cart data
- Personalise campaigns with purchase history and preferences
It’s a great little feature that helps you recover more sales by:
- Automatically reminding customers of products left in their carts
- Suggesting complementary items and repeat purchases
- Encouraging cross-sells, loyalty sign-ups and reviews

SIM Supplier cost price update in the US
Updates to boost efficiency

For our customers in America, SIM now supports cost price updates when provided by your suppliers. This means that cost prices will automatically be included on all newly imported products, reducing manual input and ensuring your data stays more accurate from the start.
Cost price support is already live with Aventon, BTI, Cannondale, Endura, HLC, Jamis, JBI, Kali, Olympic Supply Company, Pearl Izumi, Pedego, QBP, Revelyst, Shimano, Trek, Velotric and XNito.
We’re also working closely with additional suppliers and brands to expand this list, so support will continue to grow over time.
The enhancement saves you valuable time, improves the accuracy of your cost data and reduces the risk of errors. By streamlining updates and cutting back on manual entry, SIM ensures your system reflects the most reliable information.

Meanwhile, over in America, Lewis and Jim met with cycle retailers at the PeopleforBikes SHIFT ’25 in Bentonville, Arkansas.
