Workshop 2.0 has been out for a while now, and if you haven’t made the move yet, here’s a quick look at what’s waiting for you. Workshop 1.0 will be retiring at the end of May, so there’s no time like the present to make the switch!
The most visible change is the new board view. Jobs are laid out Kanban-style, with customisable statuses that you can set up to match how your workshop actually runs. At a glance, you can see exactly where every job sits and what needs attention.
From within the module, you can now send payment links directly to customers. No chasing and no separate systems, just a link sent straight from the job.
Storage slot tracking lets you record where each bike is sitting in the workshop, which is particularly useful for keeping tabs on jobs that have stalled or bikes waiting for collection.
And when it’s time to cash out, you can recall and take payment for multiple jobs in one go. For family drop-offs or fleet accounts, that alone saves a meaningful amount of time at the counter.
If you’re still on Workshop 1.0, let us know and we’ll get you moved over.
