Custom Task Pad Control

Every team works a little differently. Soon, your POS will be able to reflect that. With the new Custom Task Pad Control, you’ll be able to choose the colours and order of your product categories, creating a layout that fits your team. When it feels right to you, things move faster, fewer errors are made and you can deliver a smoother customer experience at the till.

Quick “In Stock” filter
Know what’s available, instantly
We’re adding a handy toggle to the items grid so you will be able to instantly filter for products that are in stock. No more scanning through pages of items, it’ll all be in one place. You’ll see your local stock first, but you’re still just a click away from checking your global stock.

Smart search for Purchase Orders & transfers
Find the info you need, faster
Searching for specific Purchase Orders or Transfers used to take a bit of legwork, not anymore. A new quick search bar will let you scan or type an item to see all open orders and transfers at a glance. It’s a faster, easier way to find your orders for items that have been delivered.

Smoother matrix management
Tame your product data with ease
Managing Matrix is becoming more intuitive. We’ve made it easier to update dimensions and attributes across parent and child items. That means fewer clicks, faster updates, and more consistency in your data. If you deal with seasonal collections or high-volume product sets, this one’s for you.

Save your grid layouts
Your workspace, your rules
Whether you’re checking stock, placing orders, or adjusting prices, the right view makes all the difference. In the new Back Office, you will be able to save and favourite your grid layouts, keeping your filters, columns, and sorting preferences exactly how you like them. No more resetting every time you switch tasks.

More flexibility in purchase orders
Order smarter, not harder
We’re adding powerful new ways to build Purchase Orders that work the way you do. Need to raise a Purchase Order from a Customer Order? You will be able to do it for specific suppliers. Want to reorder based on what’s really needed? You’ll be able to use the new Recommendations View to build orders from recent sales, reorder levels, or customer demand. It’s smarter ordering, made simple.
