We’re continuing to build and improve Cloud POS Ecommerce with updates designed to increase convenience for your customers and provide them with clearer, more personalised options. Here’s a preview of what we’re currently working towards.

Track orders in Apple Wallet
We’re developing a new way for customers to keep track of their Apple Pay orders using Apple Wallet.
Once available, orders will appear automatically in their Apple Wallet. This makes it easier for your customers to stay up to date with their deliveries.
All the key order info lives in one familiar place. This gives your customers confidence without relying on extra emails or separate logins.

Customer rewards cards in Apple Wallet
We’re also working on bringing Customer Rewards cards into Apple Wallet.
This will let your customers keep their loyalty card right on their phone, alongside their payment cards. No browser to open, no cards to carry, just a quick tap or scan when they shop. It’s all about making rewards easier to use and harder to forget.

AI recommendations on the Ecommerce platform
Another thing we have started working on is AI-powered product recommendations.
This is still in the early stages but it will help surface relevant products to customers as they browse. These products will be based on the customers’ behaviour and buying patterns. The goal is simple: to provide customers with a relevant shopping experience, whilst also giving you opportunities to increase basket value.

Easier service booking with Book My Bike In
We’re making it even easier for customers to book workshop appointments online.
When someone clicks Book My Bike In from your website, they’ll be taken straight to your available workshops. They won’t need to choose a location first. It removes the friction of that extra step and helps customers get booked in more quickly.
The result is a smoother experience for shoppers and more confirmed bookings for your workshop.
