This summer, we’ll be bringing an AI-powered supplier order confirmation and invoice tool to Cloud POS Back Office. It’s a handy feature that will save you time, reduce errors and keep your supplier workflows running smoothly.


Your messaging, your way. You can now design full HTML email templates directly within Cloud POS Back Office, perfect for newsletters, notifications or promotions.


Innovation doesn’t stop at the till. Our work on the Cloud POS Marketplace is opening up new ways to streamline operations, speed up setup, and boost your marketing power. Here’s a look at what’s taking shape and how you can get involved.


We’re working with TurboMT on a BETA tool that uses AI to speed up product activation for non-AutoSIM items, perfect for categories like outdoor and snow sports. Check out the demo below to see it in action. This feature will be part of the growing Cloud POS Marketplace and your feedback on Canny is always welcome.


Marketing is going to get a whole lot easier. A Cloud POS Marketplace developer has begun work on an Omnisend email integration. You’ll be able to send targeted campaigns, automate basket abandonment emails and sync customer data from Ecommerce and Customer Rewards.

A new version of the Cloud POS Ecommerce checkout is rolling out soon, designed to be faster, more intuitive, and easier to customise. With fewer steps for customers and more styling control for you, it’s built to boost conversions and better reflect your brand.

Retailers will soon be able to create and manage 301 redirects from within Cloud MT. You’ll also be able to define how inactive products are redirected, helping preserve your SEO and enhance customer experience.


We’re expanding Collections to include dedicated ‘Content Pages’ and new tagging options. This will give you better tools to:
