Quickly create in-store information sheets to go with the products on display using Cloud POS Ecommerce

It can be a costly, time-consuming, error-prone pain creating information to go with the products you have on display in-store. Which often means it’s a job left permanently on the To Do List (aka. the Never Do List).

The Cloud POS Ecommerce Team decided to change that, and created “Print POS Materials” (that needs a better name) to make the process quick, easy and cost-effective.

With the feature enabled, it’s now possible to pull the data contained in your ecommerce database and generate simple-but-effective information sheets that can be displayed alongside the best bits of shiny in-store.

QR Code included

With every information sheet generated, a QR Code is dynamically created and assigned. This means that anyone armed with a smartphone can scan the code and be taken straight to the corresponding page on your Cloud POS Ecommerce site, where they can take a deeper dive into the rich content available. Perfect for the busier days on the shop floor.

Support for up to 10x Ecommerce IDs at once

To keep things convenient, “Print POS Materials” supports entry for up to 10x Ecommerce ID’s at once.

Pull the data from Cloud POS Ecommerce at the click of a button

When you’ve finished entering the Ecommerce ID’s, you can generate the sheets and check that what you wanted is all present and correct.

Print out the results and you’re ready to go

When you’re happy with the sheets, you can move to Print Preview. “Print POS Materials” uses the browser’s in-built print preview feature to finish the job.

By limiting “Print POS Materials” to printing in Black & White, it ensures your cost of production is kept low.
