Our Live Chat service is by far the quickest way to get in touch with the Support Team.
To begin a chat with a member of the team, either click on the widget in the bottom-right corner of your Cloud POS screen or click on the Live Chat link in your Help menu.

You can login to our self-service Support Portal and raise your own case with the Support Team.
If you would like to be set up as a user, just mention it next time you are chatting with a member of the team.
