We’ve teamed up with cycle insurance specialist, VeloLife to create an in-store integration within Cloud POS.

The integration makes it easy for retail staff to introduce customers to VeloLife’s cycle insurance with a slick, easy sign-up process. Registering customers in-store is simple and quick, eliminating long sign-ups that add time to the sale or having to ask the customer to self-register.

Processing customers at the point of sale minimises inconvenience and provides reassurance that a bike is insured before it leaves the store. By providing a quick and easy way to insure customers’ bikes, you can improve your level of customer service and increase revenues.

As the value of bikes increase, it’s important for customers to have adequate insurance to ensure they’re protected should anything happen. Being able to register bikes at the point of purchase reassures customers that they have the right cycle cover in place.
