Recognised by the NBDA, driven by our customers

We are proud to receive the NBDA Distinguished Supplier Award at this year’s NBDA Retailer Summit West.

Recognition like this matters. Not because of the trophy itself, but because of what it represents. It reflects trust from retailers, strong relationships across the industry and the chance to keep doing work that helps keep bike shops running.

That has always mattered to us.

The Retailer Summit West was a good chance to step out from behind the screen and spend time with retailers in person. Lewis Sherratt and Patrick Clapp from Citrus-Lime were there across the event, catching up with retailers, listening to what shops are dealing with and enjoying being part of those face-to-face conversations that you don’t get any other way.

We’re consistently hearing from customers that the human side is what matters most. Drew Jordan of Andy Jordan’s Bike Warehouse puts it plainly: working with Citrus-Lime “wasn’t just like here’s our features and benefits.”

Cory Cunard of Bike Central echoed that: “You guys really took the time to understand the shop, where I was at, what I was coming from, what my goals were. None of the other providers did that.” Those comments matter to us because they reflect the sort of support we want to provide: thoughtful, responsive, and grounded in the realities of retail.

But don’t just take it from us, hear it from the retailers themselves by watching the video.

Keeping close to independent cycle retail and the people at the center of it, without losing sight of what shops actually need day to day, is why our relationship with the NBDA matters.

This award is a reminder to us to keep earning that confidence. By offering real support. By staying human. And by doing the work properly.
