Cloud POS Ecommerce update – July 2025

404 pages have gotten an upgrade! These pages can now pull through the navigation, colours and branding of your site to give customers a more consistent experience when they hit a missing page, helping to reduce bounce rates and keep them engaged.

You can now set up and control 301 redirects right inside Cloud MT, whether you’re replacing a product or cleaning up old URLs. This gives you more control over where your customers land. It helps you maintain a smooth shopping experience and keep your SEO in good shape too.

The new Product Archive feature makes it easier to manage items you’re no longer selling. Instead of just marking products as inactive, you can now archive them. They’ll disappear from your site but stay neatly stored in the background for future use or reporting.

We will be adding more flexibility to collections. You’ll be able to create richer content pages, use improved tagging tools and tweak SEO settings like meta descriptions and canonical URLs, all in one place. It’ll make it easier to keep things organised and up to date.

The new checkout went live last month. It’s quicker, cleaner and built to reduce drop-offs. You’ve got more control over how it looks and customers have fewer steps to get through, making it easier for them to buy from you.
