We’re always working on new improvements to help you get the most out of Cloud POS and Cloud POS Ecommerce. Check out the latest updates we’re working on below.
Cloud POS
We’re currently working on a few changes to help your team save time and keep things moving.
- Create and sell bundles with Kit Items
You’ll be able to offer bundled products both in-store and online with Kit Items.
You’ll have two flexible options to suit your business:
- Fixed stock
You decide when to build or break bundles, giving you full control over stock levels
- Dynamic stock
The system works it out for you, showing how many bundles can be made based on what’s in your inventory.
It’s a simple way to sell complete sets and keep your stock management effortless.
- Let customers split payments across multiple cards
We’re making it easier for your customers to pay in the way that suits them.
With integrated CitrusPay terminals, multiple card payments will be supported when taking payments for Customer Orders. Customers can split their total across several cards, no extra admin required.
- Fully automatic Payment Links
Payments from Payment Links will be auto-assigned as credit to customers’ accounts, with no manual steps needed. You can choose which till the payment is recorded against and switch the feature on whenever it suits you. The result is faster processing, fewer errors and a cleaner audit trail.
- Process multiple orders in one go
Sometimes customers come in with multiple special orders or workshop jobs at once. Soon you’ll be able to manage them all together.
We’re working on giving you the ability to recall multiple orders, edit them, add items, and take payment. All for the same customer, in a single transaction. It’s quicker for you and your team and smoother for your customers.
Ecommerce
We’re continuing to develop Cloud POS Ecommerce, improving customer experience and giving you more control over your site.

- Smarter despatch emails and tracking
We’ve refined despatch emails and made order tracking more visible in the customer account screen. These changes help cut down on “where’s my order?” calls and give customers a clearer view of their delivery.
- Stronger, more flexible Collections
Collections are getting a major boost. Soon you’ll be able to create richer content pages, use improved tagging, and manage products more dynamically. SEO will also be easier to handle, with simple access to meta descriptions, canonical URLs and other key settings, all from one place.
