We’re always working on new improvements to help you get the most out of Cloud POS and Cloud POS Ecommerce. Check out the latest updates we’re working on below.

We’re currently working on a few changes to help your team save time and keep things moving.

  • Faster auto-save in Back Office grids

We’ve heard your feedback and are improving auto-save speeds in the most heavily used grids. These changes will reduce wait times and keep things running smoothly, even during your busiest hours.

  • Convert Special Orders to Layaways

Sometimes a customer changes their mind. We’re working on an update that lets you convert a Special Order into a Layaway, helping you stay flexible without starting from scratch.

  • Print receipts from Goods In

You’ll soon be able to print 40-column receipts for Customer Orders while booking in stock. Whether it’s for a single order or all of them, you’ll be able to do it directly from Goods In.

We’re continuing to develop Cloud POS Ecommerce, improving customer experience and giving you more control over your site.

  • Apple Pay express checkout

Give your customers a faster way to pay. The Apple Pay express checkout will streamline the buying process, reducing steps and making it easier to convert mobile shoppers.

  • Clearer despatch emails and tracking

We’ve improved despatch emails and made order tracking easier to find in the customer’s account screen. These changes are designed to reduce “where’s my order?” queries and keep customers in the loop.

  • More powerful Collections

Collections are getting an upgrade, with new content pages and improved tagging tools. It’ll be easier to organise products, create dynamic groups and keep everything up to date. You’ll also have more control over SEO, with simple access to meta descriptions, canonical URLs and other key settings, all from one place.
