We’re continuing to refine Cloud POS with updates that improve speed, flexibility and customer experience.
A new Workshop Module is coming!
An updated Workshop Module is on its way to make your life easier!
A new UI for faster, smoother workflows
The Cloud POS Workshop module is getting a refreshed interface, built on the same technology as the recent Cloud POS and Back Office overhauls. It’s faster, more intuitive, so you can spend less time behind a screen and more time working on bikes.

Order status view takes centre stage
The order status view will become the primary interface in the Workshop module, giving your team more control and visibility. You’ll be able to:
- Configure the order of statuses on the board
- Hide or show statuses as needed
- Track revenue metrics per status
- Sort by value or due date
- Use fast, board-level search
This new interface is a more efficient than ever. Keeping your jobs organised and on track.

Automated request approval
Stay in control while keeping customers engaged. You’ll soon be able to send approval requests directly to customers, with order statuses updating to “Approved” automatically once confirmed.
Enhanced communication templates
Communication templates are getting an upgrade with more dynamic fields, making it easier to personalise messages and keep customers in the loop.
Payment links in Workshop
You’ll be able to send direct payment links to customers straight from the Workshop module. Auto-assignment of credit to customer accounts will follow in the coming months for even smoother processing.
Recall multiple orders for payment
Coming in November, you’ll be able to recall multiple orders for a single customer and process payment all at once.
Book My Bike In improvements
We’re making the Book My Bike In workflow more flexible. Retailers will be able to skip location entry and add book-out dates or workshop holidays for more accurate scheduling.

We’re continuing to develop Cloud POS Ecommerce, focusing on security, performance and long-term reliability.
Patching vulnerabilities
We’re strengthening security across the platform to protect customer data and ensure a safer shopping experience. These updates will give you and your customers greater peace of mind while shopping online.
Old code cleanup
We’re removing outdated systems and processes. By streamlining the platform, we can make it faster, more reliable and easier to maintain going forward. This will help deliver a smoother experience to your customers.
